COZY CHAI CORES: SUPER PLANTS FOR SLEEP & RELAXATION
Ever felt like you need something warm and comforting to relax? Meet Cozy Chai Cores–combining the soothing benefits of super plants in a flavorful blend that is sweet and comforting. A warm and sweet blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange. The cozy feeling of curling up by the fireplace with a cup of steamy chai.
These plants are specifically known for their ability to calm feelings of stress and anxiety, helping you to relax and unwind naturally. Studies have shown that when these plants are utilized through aromatherapy, they work with the immune and nervous systems to improve mood and support mild insomnia. So not only is the flavor itself relaxing, but the plants are also working to help you feel more relaxed too!
LET’S TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE PLANTS IN COZY CHAI CORES:
CINNAMON
Probably the first flavor you’ll notice when Füming Cozy Chai, cinnamon embodies a sweet and spicy aroma. Not only tasting great, it is known for its uplifting, mood-boosting, and relaxing effects.

CEDARWOOD
Known for its relaxing and grounding properties, Cedarwood has a deep and musty flavor. When paired with the spicy flavors in Cozy Chai Cores, Cedarwood works to compliment as a subtle base flavor. The compound “cedrol” in Cedarwood may have a soothing effect on mood, effectively reducing stress and acting as a natural sedative.

NUTMEG
Nutmeg has significant antidepressant effects that improve mood, making it a great fit for these Cores. Other studies have also indicated that Nutmeg may increase libido due to it’s nervous system stimulating effect. Nutmeg has a smooth, rich and soothing flavor that compliments well with the other spicy flavor notes in Cozy Chai Cores.

CLOVE
Primarily known for its anti-inflammatory properties, Clove is effective at boosting immunity and easing pain. Studies show that the anti-inflammatory benefits from plants like Clove can help stabilize mood and increase feelings of calm. Clove’s earthy aroma is deep and spicy.

ORANGE
Studies have shown that Orange eases feelings of anxiety and stress when used in aromatherapy. It’s anxiety-reducing effects are attributed to the compound “linalool” that helps regulate heart rate and reduce stress hormones. Orange has an uplifting, sweet and citrus scent and flavor.

Each of these plants have unique characteristics on their own, but when brought together they pack a calming punch… Cozy Chai was one of the most highly demanded Cores we launched in our Annual Holiday Box in 2021. It felt right to bring a bit of the holiday season back this summer.
Pick up a Fum and the new Cozy Chai Cores and breathe in the calming benefits of these amazing plants.
